and what better to pair it with than CREAM CHEESE!! i love cream cheese. lol.
and mixed with chocolate ... it's like something that should be illegal. no joke.
so yet again ... i made some Devil's Food Cupcakes ... but this time ... i mixed in chocolate chips ...
mmmmmmm ... lol
and ...........
CREAM CHEESE!!
and no ... it's not mint ... green just so happens to be my favorite color. haha!
kinda looks like melted Mint Chip Ice Cream huh??
well it's not! lol. this is gonna be much better!

ok so ... question ...
why in the world is cocoa powder soooooo flippin' messy to work with?!
geezo! i can't tell you how many times i've had to clean and clean and clean after i use this stuff ... lol. but i don't wanna complain to much cuz this is the stuff that makes my cupcakes sooo yummy. =)
Sneak Peek!!
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! Soooo excited!!! =D
oooohhh ... yeeeeees!! =)
no frosting needed for these ...
omg ... these just made my Favorite List ... this is one of those that needs to be BOOKMARKED!!

The recipe for my Devil's Food Cupcakes is in a previous post ... but here is the recipe for the filling ...

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt in small bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips.
(i added green food coloring but you don't have to)

Make the Devil's Food Cupcakes according to the recipe and drop a tablespoon of this yummy deliciousness in the center and bake these puppies at 350 for 20 minutes =) and you'll have made a little bit of heaven yourself! =)

enjoy <3
